Precious pets are being Stolen on a daily basis. 
puppy farms are out of hand.

Family pets are being used way too often to make a lot of money. The situation is way out of hand.

The poor dogs are interbred and responsible owners can no longer walk their dogs in public without fear. 
each litter of puppies literally makes thousands of pounds. Undeclared money, I hasten to add. 
It’s an utter disgrace for what has always been a nation of animal lovers.

The government needs to make this illegal NOW only licenced breeders should be allowed to breed animals but especially dogs.
