The Deeds Office is OPEN,, but no Properties can register without Clearance Certificates. The Municipalities are in control, but refuse to go back to work. The Staff of Mogale City Municipality cannot do online Clearance Figures and Clearance Certificates and have to go to the Municipality to issue the Figures and Certificates.
