War memorials currently have no special legal protection other than guidelines which currently stand giving judges a right to fine or pass sentence if a crime of  any racially religious or aggravated criminal damage is committed knowingly 

We would like the  law approved to make it illegal to cast contempt upon any war Memorials and /or flags bearing to keep the respect of those fallen  and who fought for their country,

by making them Protected by law
