My sister, brother in-law and Young nephews much loved family cat Bryn was ran over by a car, we had been searching for two days for him as he had been missing a few days witch isn’t like him. Always home for his food as he was a greedy boy. My one nephew has problems and things like this affect him, so if we could of told him sooner rather than later it would of been better for him and my other nephew bless him broke down. Which my sister and brother in-law has done a fab job with reassures them. Please help.
The law needs to change, people need to have to let someone know they have knocked over a cat or taken them to a vets for the owners to find out, it’s not fair for owners to not know, or even a site for people to post on or somewhere to ring to report it and anyone with a missing cat can go on or ring and they can go and get there beloved pet and lay them to rest.
