Fireworks cause nothing but fear and panic in animals and some humans.

My idea is to have all fireworks banned for public sale. Fireworks should only be allowed for event's created by the council. If fireworks are to be bought, a licence should be obtained by the council stating the time and location. The location must be of a certain mile radius away from homes. The time should also be limited from 19:00 to 00:00.

Animals and people a like are suffering for months because of noisy destructive fireworks, thus causing lack of sleep, malnutrition, stress, anxiety and depression. 

We must put and end to this suffering once and for all.
