Councilman Buscaino recently reported to the Coastal San Pedro Neighborhood Council that he was still searching for Government Funds to Reopen Paseo Del Mar and felt he had a popular mandate to do so.. This declaration was made after the LA Times reported that the Los Angeles City government was facing a +$1 billion shortfall to fix the City's ageing water mains.
