I write this petition in Memory of "Kirsta" who was a 17 year old girl that ended her life because she could find no other escape from the darkness that was inflicted on her by DCFS & Family Court Judges - of which she endured for most of her life.

Single mothers are under attack and have been the target of unlawful interferences into family life which tears away at the very fabric of society, where the mother/child bond should be of paramount importance and a protected right, whether she is single or married. Ironically, you rarely, if ever, see women who are married, lose their children. 

I write this petition for ALL mothers who have endured the horrific, barbaric and inhuman separation of their child for no justifiable reason...but for evil intent by DCFS & Family Court.

I write this petition to expose the corruption and injustices that are taking place in Bermuda Family Court and with DCFS.- departments of the Bermuda Government that are commissioned to protect but are violating instead.

Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights states:

1 Everyone has the right to respect for his private and family life, his home and his correspondence.
2 There shall be no interference by a public authority with the exercise of this right except such as is in accordance with the law and is necessary in a democratic society (BUT ARE THEY A NECESSARY INTERFERENCE IN MANY OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES FOR WHICH I SPEAK?) in the interests of national security, public safety or the economic well being of the country, for the prevention of disorder or crime, for the protection of health or morals, or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others.

The Convention on the Rights of the Child states in ARTICLE 12 WHICH THE CHILDRENS ACT OF BERMUDA REFERS  - https://www.ohchr.org/en/professionalinterest/pages/crc.aspx

Article 12
1. States Parties shall assure to the child who is capable of forming his or her own views the right to express those views freely in all matters affecting the child, the views of the child being given due weight in accordance with the age and maturity of the child.
2. For this purpose, the child shall in particular be provided the opportunity to be heard in any judicial and administrative proceedings affecting the child, either directly, or a representative or an appropriate body, in a manner consistent with the procedural rules of national law.

Too MANY CHILDREN are being deprived a family life and are being forced to suffer through abusive situations in foster care - they are also enduring the negative stigma attached to being removed from their mother/parents care...all of which are severe atrocities to expect a child to live through.

I am calling on the authorities of Bermuda and of the United Kingdom to put together an independent Commission of Inquiry to investigate these horrific acts of cruelty and to stop these crimes against humanity being perpetrated against the vulnerable, unsuspecting victims. 

Stop targeting Vulnerable Groups of people i.e. Single Mothers because it is considered a CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY UNDER HUMAN RIGHTS LAWS. 

Stop DCFS and Family Court from violating our Human & Civil rights just so they can keep a pay-check rolling in!  OUR CHILDREN'S LIVES MATTER TOO!

These atrocities have affected far too many lives in Bermuda, in the UK and around the world to continue to turn a blind eye and a deaf ear.  The voices of the many victims whose lives have been negatively affected by the illegal practices of DCFS and Family Court MUST be heard if healing is ever to take PLACE.  And, the only way that can happen, is if someone facilitates an avenue that affords them a platform to be heard. 

I have evidence and court recordings that can prove to the people of Bermuda that they are stealing children for no justifiable reason, from single mothers, which they view as a vulnerable and an easy target to earn their paycheck off of.   They are denying children a voice in court to ascertain their wishes in which the Children's Act of Bermuda and the UN Convention on the Rights of The Child says they should have! Even mag Juan Wolffe told the Bermuda public on Fresh TV when it existed, that ALL CHILDREN'S VOICES ARE HEARD IN COURT BECAUSE THE CHILDREN'S ACT SAYS THEY SHOULD!!!! BUT HE LIED, BECAUSE NO CHILD I KNOW, HAS EVER BEEN HEARD IN COURT!!! 

Bermuda presently has young teenagers going missing because they are desperate to escape the evil clutches of these corrupted institutions and the Government and Governor of Bermuda must step in and order a Commission of Enquiry in order to bring about clarity to this human right violation. 

This petition is so critical to push for a Commission of Inquiry to investigate the abuse of power taking place within DCFS and Family Court. 

I IMPLORE THE AUTHORITIES TO STOP THESE VIOLATIONS AND EXPLOITATION OF SINGLE MOTHERS AND HER CHILDREN IMMEDIATELY!!!!

NO FOSTER PARENT OR STEP PARENT OR INSTITUTION OVERSEAS CAN EVER REPLACE THE NATURAL LOVE A BIOLOGICAL MOTHER/PARENT HAS FOR THEIR OWN CHILD!!! REMOVING CHILDREN FROM THEIR BIOLOGICAL MOTHER HAS VERY SERIOUS AND LIFE LONG REPURCUSSIONS THAT ARE OVERWHELMINGLY TRAUMATIZING FOR THE CHILD  AND FOR THE FAMILY HE/SHE WERE TORN FROM..... THIS BARBARIC ACT OF SEPARATING THE CHILD FROM HIS MATERNAL AND FRATERNAL FAMILY HAS THE POTENTIAL TO LEAD TO SUICIDE AND CAN WREAK HAVOC ON ONES MENTAL HEALTH... AND FOR THIS REASON..... WE MUST NOT TURN A DEAF EAR OR A BLIND EYE TO THIS VERY SERIOUS CAUSE THAT NEEDS ADDRESSING URGENTLY.
