As I’ve learned on my brothers behalf, he has fort the system paid loads in fees and Won the case! But shortly after mother’s will continue to stop contact and breach the court order. 

Futher coming in to researching that this is a common thing for one side of parents to stop and break the court order. 

The common answer is you have to go back to court and start the whole procedure again!

when it takes months or years to either get a court day or even able to afford going back to court. 

When a court order is broken then some sort of punishment should be taking place. As it would in any other case in the justice system.

There are thousands of innocents dads out there that just want to know their children. And are fighting a losing battle.

The Family Justice Bill needs to be looked at and updated!

Women want equal rights!! This should include EQUAL PARENTING!
