To those who graciously signed my petition I thought long and hard and decided to respond back to the DWP and our Prime minister and our MP suggesting the expression of wishes forms should have some sort of tick box system

On the forms the public should be asked if they wish for there wishes to be Discretionary or not it’s quite a simple idea and would solve a lot of problems if you tick the box saying you want Discretionary then you are handing over your wishes to the company in question and they can pay funds out to who they think should receive it regardless of who you have named

If you tick none Discretionary then your wishes should be followed to the letter in the event of your death

I really cannot see why changing the forms in this way would course any problems for the trustees or the public at least we would have a choice

If the loved you have Named  passesaway then Discretionary can full into place
