Richards Law help remove the Discretionary word

hi all I have received a letter back from the DWP on behalf of the Government regarding my fight to make changes to our expression of wishes forms which are complete Discretionary to the company who supplie them I can only post half a letter at a time after reading this if you still agree changes should be made please sign this petition I need more signatures
