Been putting of posting this it makes me so angry received a letter back from the DWP I asked if it would be possible for a tick box system on the expression of wishes forms in the event of our death so the public can tick wether they want there expression of wishes to be Discretionary or not but apparently this is not possible � makes me so mad

I also received an email back from the pension regulators saying they may investigate my complaint but they can’t tell me if they will or not because of legal reasons because this could effect my case if there is one � just feel like you run round in circles each time I am advised to get in touch with the pension ombudsman which is a complete waste of time because I have already done this so many times ����
My advice is make sure you back up your wishes with a will which will hold more wait to what you want in the event of your death because you are signing your wishes over to the trustees xxxxxxxx
