Julie and I went to Andrew Lower MP’s surgery to ask for his help to get the word DISCRETIONARY taken out of the expression of wishes form, that is the form you sign to advise your Company who you want to receive your money. Andrew’s office will speak with the Treasury about this and look into an Early Day Motion so this can be discussed in Parliament. We do not know which route this petition will go down but Gail DOES need more signatures. your expression of wishes are not legally binding
