The Issue
There are multiple issues and concerns, not limited to, but including the effect on home values, the type of clientele the business has, the potential for increased crime, and inability for road infrastructure to manage the volume. This hotel markets itself as a Boutique Hotel that provides a retreat for "Romantic Encounters". It is an adult oriented business (21+) and should not be adjacent to residential areas.
