Reduce 7,000 Euro fine imposed by Maltese Law Courts on Lawrence Grech, a 58 year old unemployed father, who criticized Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, after road works in the street in which he lived lasted over 18 months, causing massive inconvenience to residents in the area including injuries, unhygienic conditions and rat infestations in the street.
