Family dogs are being stolen and taken from there homes and taken across the countrys on boats and possibly planes, we need a law to stop this happening that will prevent dog theifs crossing the border. so every van and car that's on board is searched and every dog needs a passport and papers to travel, and also make it law to microchip, if no papers and passport and chips then NO TRAVEL...dogs are being stolen from ireland to the UK  and other countrys just for breeding...and we need this law in place for familys allover that are having there family pets stolen.

I want this petition in the name of all them family pets dogs especially ones that are breeded and dumped, it's a cycle that needs to be broken...please help me get this signed and Make it law that all dogs have to travel with passports and papers the same as humans.

They haven't got a voice but please help me give them a bark ❤
