Our campaign is about animal testing, this is when they test drugs, cosmetics, toxic fumes products on the animals to make sure it is not harmful towards people. Did you know In 2004 they found out that 92 per cent of drug testing being used on animals has failed completely and the failure rate now has increased and is at 96 per cent for animal testing that have not worked. 100 million animals suffer and die in the US every year from animal testing for cosmetic, food, drug and chemical products. Some of your everyday product brands could be tested on animals to make sure it is safe for you, here are some of the brands that use animal testing, Benefit, Clinique, Estée, LauderNYX Cosmetics, Makeup Forever, Maybelline, OPI Nail Polish, Victoria Secret, and more. poor animals are going through a massive amount of pain and suffering for something that doesn’t benefit anyone. Animal testing very violates the animals' rights and causes a lot of pain and suffering to the experimental animals going through all different things. But there is a solution, scientists claim that they have already found the perfect solution instead of using animals we would use vitro testing. This method can utilize real human cells to test the toxicity or irritation of specific chemicals towards humans. High-quality in vitro testing assays are already available to cosmetic companies.​ We are trying to decrease the number of animals suffering from this process of testing each year, we will achieve this by producing an alternative solution instead of using innocent animals. Scientists have already found a great solution to the problem that works so I think all around the world we should be using it. We will write a campaign to ban it in the US seeing as their numbers of animals dying are unacceptable. Now, for our idea and solutions to be successfully solved we need to be able to have freedom of assembly so we can protest freely without being stopped, association so we can encourage people to learn, and stop animal testing, and lastly freedom of speech is the right to voice your opinion publicly without the fear of punishment we need this to be successful so we can publicly protest about it for other people to hear. Campaigns can influence a change because it tells people information about the problem and our point of view and how we want to have a change in the world. Campaigns can encourage people to do something about it and how important it is.
