Hunting and shooting by unlicensed and under aged children should be prohibited and unlawful in South Africa. Hunting licenses should be controlled like fishing licenses. Wild animals should also have some protection . If each person in this world with a rifle just walk and kill as they please what would be left for our progeny. It is not an achievement to kill. Any person can pull a trigger. With the current law any child who can pull a trigger can shoot an animal or whatever. Why do we need a rifle license then?
