WE THE PEOPLE of Randolph County, IL believe the time is now to begin opening up our county and communities.  We urge Governor Pritzker and his administration to allow local control and oversite to our local officials and the Randolph County Health Dept. We believe they best understand the make-up of our county and individual communities.  We the people feel allowing their control in the process of opening up our county will better serve the businesses and people of Randolph County.
