Because of the new regulations many wildlife rebilitators, who have been saving countless wild animals for years, are going to be forced to stop helping our wildlife because they will no longer be in compliance with the new regulations for cage size. Because of these new regulations, the State of Arkansas is condemning these animals to cerrtain death.
