Shawna Forde believes she was wrongly convicted, then sentenced to death. There were numerous errors in her arrest, trial, and sentencing.

She had  extensive experience in the media prior to my arrest, was the media spokesperson for several organizations and the GOP as well as a national director. I feel any press I can get help shed light on mine was missed justice and the penalty, I believe in someone wanted extensive evidence  that could be considered. As a Minuteman and a woman that has one hell of a story there is a lot to share, my goal is education and conversation. Issues of unfair prosecution: denied change of venue due to publicity, victim could not identify me at police lineup, destruction of evidence, ineffective counsel, prosecutorial misconduct.
