Public comment will be allowed after agenda items have been discussed.  Agenda item discussions may take as little as an hour or may last the entire day.  If you plan to attend and wish to comment, be prepared to possibly wait as many as 7 hours.  Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.  I suggest that you print your comments prior to the meeting to insure that you mention everything you wish to comment upon.
