The bill S2519/A4235 will help prisoners who are coming home soon get released early from the intolerable conditions in the institutions because of covid-19. There is absolutely no social distancing and prisoners are subject to infection and death. This has been proven due to NJ having the highest death rate in the UNITED STATES. These prisoners don't deserve a death sentence. It's time we start realizing that were all human and care about another human life again. We need to help the prison system social distance so nobody can get sick again and die. The prisoners that would be affected by this bill have served a majority of their  sentence. A lot of these individuals are also in residential community release programs and have accustomed themselves with the community and have reintegration with success. Not only with employment, but with prisoners in college studying at RUTGERS UNIVERSITY , Community colleges and vocational learning. The prisoners affected by this bill would use this bill as a second chance at life and we need your help to your help to get this bill passed and help these individuals from getting infected in these inhumane conditions they are living in. Nobody deserves to die. Please help.
