Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, we are facing unprecedented shutdowns around the country. Restaurants are shutting down and changing services over to carry out or delivery only options. However, nobody is taking into consideration how these closures have effected our truck drivers. These are the men and women who are responsible for supplying all of America’s needs to the stores and pharmacies during these very difficult times. They can’t use a drive thru. They can’t park at a regular gas station.  They are limited. They deserve to eat hot meals and still use public restrooms... not port-a-Johns!!! They deserve hot showers. They live, eat, shower, and sleep in their rigs. Why do they do this? To provide the US.. the American population with our food, our essentials, our prescriptions, our amenities, everything we need to keep us safe and healthy God willing through this pandemic and uneasy time.  I’m asking all of Americans to join me to exempt all truck-stop restaurants from the mandatory shut down during this pandemic to ensure that our men and women that are working the front lines to keep America fed and comfortable; are themselves!!! Fed and comfortable and in turn able to keep up their own health.  I ask that Ohio Gov. Mike Dewine immediately lift the ban on ALL Ohio trucking restaurants be permitted to open their doors with the security of only PERMITTING ENTRANCE AND SERVING those with a valid CDL LICENSE TO ALLEVIATE THE FRUSTRATION AND SHOW COMPASSION AND APPRECIATION TO THOSE THAT TIRELESSLY SERVING  ALL OF US THROUGH THESE DIFFICULT TIMES. THEY MATTER TOO.  THANK YOU FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT.
