WVU Should Shut Down In-Person Classes and Reduce Tuition

The Issue

With the recent uptick of cases at WVU, it is time to close down in-person classes and campus to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Also, WVU should reduce tuition for the lower quality of education provided by going fully online.
