Little Jasper got into a bad situation and made a mistake.  He allegedly bit a child.  However, we do not know the exact circumstances of how the dog could have done such a thing (poor nutrition? unstructured environment? could be so many factors).  All we know is that the Raleigh County Humane Society LOVES JASPER like their own dog.  He is a good dog!  He made a huge mistake and knowing dogs like we do, he is probably really really sorry.  Cant we forgive this dog and allow these massive dog experts at this amazing facility let Jasper live his life out with them.  They will have trainers, behaviorists, rescuers and volunteers work with him for life.  We KNOW dogs - we know that mistakes can happen just like people can make mistakes.  We do not kill people when they get into a fight with someone. 

Dogs are like children.  Children make mistakes too.  Let's let Jasper live Governor Justice.  You are the only person who could grant little Jasper a pardon after having been condemned to death in a court of law.  This is NOT what dog rescue is about Governor.  Let us dog experts and dog lovers watch after dogs that can no longer be homed in a family environment.  Jasper can live his life out with dog people that understand him and can work with him for life.  We are begging for this little dog's life.  We are better than this in society today as we have evolved to understand that we do not have to resort to such a tragic option for a little dog that made a mistake.  Please pardon Little Jasper!
