Unnecessary Stress from Cuomo holdouts

Good Morning Family,

I know it has been a while but I am tired and stressed. We have now all become victims of poor management and leadership causing unneeded stress and physical illness. Playing with our lives and making us physically sick with the stress and anxiety.

Why does the state keep these people who were put in power by the former Governor who committed heinous acts in power?

VOTE THEM OUT!!

They know full well by the number of signatures that we want this Telecommuting program to be permanent yet they continue to lose HUNDREDS of people to retirement or just quitting losing decades of experience and for what?  EGOS

We have proven that we are able to do our jobs remotely and losing this NO COST benefit to the taxpayers will harm the MTA and its future.

There are so many reasons to embrace remote work, from attracting and retaining quality staff to saving tax dollars on expensive office space. Overly rigid work rules put us at a competitive disadvantage.

Being flexible with employees will improve productivity by reducing sick time and improving overall mental health and wellbeing. Show your dedicated employees that you care about us!
