Janno Lieber deflects that he is bringing us back to make a cohesive workforce

Live at the board meeting today:

In one sentence he says we want to fix our antiquated recruitment process and make us a desirable place to work. He admits massive attrition but in the next sentence, he says he is bringing people back to the office to make a cohesive high functioning workforce. Not true.

This poll result clearly shows that Telecommuting is the main desire and cost-free benefit that would decrease attrition and modernize the MTA.
