No restrictions on who can telecommute based on parental status or elder care. We all need to be allowed where possible. There is no reason not to we have proven it and so have thousands of others across the country.

People will leave and retire and they will only get the bottom-the-barrel applicants. And have to onboard and train them at up to 4k each!!!
