Urgent Plea for Justice: Standing Against Environmental Crimes and Protecting My Elderly Mother.

Every person in America should have the right to report environmental crimes without facing dangerous retaliation.
Unfortunately, I have had to pause all environmental advocacy to focus entirely on getting justice for my 80-year-old, disabled mother. Due to the enforcement failures of the Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD) and the EPA to stop one individual from intentionally, deliberately, and knowingly illegally burning on multiple occasions, my elderly mother and I were forced to fight these environmental crimes on our own. As a result, we have faced ongoing harassment and danger in Paulding County, Georgia. Until the individual is thoroughly and federally investigated for known and alleged prosecutable state and federal crimes, I do not foresee resuming my environmental advocacy this year.
I would greatly appreciate your support in helping me seek justice for my dear mother. Please consider signing the petition for my mother and sharing it across social media and with others, especially those who advocate for the safety, protection and well-being of our elders. #Justice4DaisyAlford
I hope to resume environmental advocacy sometime in 2025. Wishing you all a wonderful, safe holiday season and Happy New Year!
