#Justice4DaisyAlford. Please Help Me to Get Justice for My 80 Year-Old, Disabled Mother in Georgia.

Due to a critical and dangerous situation where we reside in Dallas, GA (Paulding County), I am pausing all environmental advocacy to focus on my mother's safety, to secure protection for her and to get justice for her. For over 12 months, we have faced ongoing harassment, threats, intimidation, and terrorizing from the individual who I reported for intentionally, deliberately and knowing illegally burning on multiple occasions dating back to June 2023.  Despite our pleas for help, the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office refuses to investigate this individual who also has a known history for violence and anger.  On July 3, 2022, he was charged by the State of Georgia for Family Violence causing substantial physical harm for punching his ex-girlfriend in the face.

Elderly and disabled persons have no protection in the State of Georgia.  However, I am determined to get justice for my dear mother who deserves to live out her remaining years in peace, free from unmitigated danger, unchecked harassment and privileged hate and evil.

If you pray, please keep us in your prayers. We remain completely unprotected and in danger while Paulding County law enforcement and the Paulding County court system shield this individual.
