The people of this world are fed up with the name of a sauce, that marinates into our souls and brings joy and light to our lives. Worcestershire is clearly a name that should be change to something much more simple, as we realize that the world is changing and all creeds of life are being mixed. I had to copy and paste the damn word, since I couldn’t spell it! I am not saying we don’t recognize the roots of the word or it’s origins, but just give it a simple name, as such like “shire sauce” how cool does that sound. So I hope, with the world’s greatest chefs, the people of this planet and the city of Worcestershire we change the name, but not the history. An ingredient that is so profound and amazing should not have such a difficult name. Let’s get this change rolling!!!
