I Shilpa Jagadeeshappa D/o Mr Late Jagadeeshappa S G and Mr Late Jagadeeshappa's wife (Mrs Heamkshi S G) have filed a criminal case(GSC No- PO0119200600603) for my dad (Mr Late Jagadeeshappa SG) who had got heart arrest in mysore chandrakala hospital on 20th Sept 2017 at 6:15 pm evening (passed away) and my dad's dead body was taken to my dad's native Yerlakatte village, Jagalur taluk Davangere district for rituals where my dad spent his 18 years of childhood and then later point my dad's siblings(Parmeshwarappa S G (PhD Scientist at UAS), Renukamma C, Rathnamma , Savithramma) had cheated 20 acres in civil matters for which my dad was compelled to go to court for 8 years (2003-2008, OS Suite No 2005) and winning case against his own dad(my grandfather-Late  Revansiddappa S G and his siblings) Since it was ancestral property of Late Revanna S .

As my dad worked in KIOCL(Central firm) as Senior Manager and had many responsibilities of taking care of his girl childrens and being in central transferable job, he couldn't take care of my fore grandpa's(Mr Late Revanna S Chairman of Yerlakatte Village) self earned property of 55 acres. My dad's siblings including the taluk officials and the 2nd party for whom the properties have got selled illegallly without my dad's formal signature and  consent in 1990's and 2000's years and till now is null and void. We have placed injunction order(OS.120/19 @JAGALUR CIVIL DIVISION COURT) on all 55 acres properties as they have not valued my dad as a son in that family, they have treated my dad like a earning machine though my dad being eldest son had done all his responsibilities/duties like paying fees till PhD for his younger brother Parameshwarappa S G and his 3 sisters namely Savithramma, Renukammma and Rathnamma marrriages each. My dad has even conveyed all charges in a letter and the loans he has taken from KIOCL for his own sisters marriage and other stuffs.
Recently, the people of Yerlakatte village and heads of panchayat and also with influence of my dad's siblings have brutally taken out my dad's dead body without his daughter's consent and formal permissions and commited a brutal crime by pouring kerosene on my dad's dead body and firing it up in burial sites.

We agree that on materialistic things like movable and immovable properties they have cheated my dad purposefully in property matters beacause my dad was soft spoken /hearted and innocent. But recently when I shilpa Jagadeeshappa D/o Mr late Jagadeeshappa S G felt really worst /heart broken because of  inhuman act committed by people of Yerlakatte village shamelessly on my dad's dead body just because they have to satisfy their ego and grudge as we girls have placed injunction order via civil.

I being Shilpa Jagadeeshappa D/o Mr Late Jagadeeshappa can sense and feel what my dad was upto and what he suffered these years on personal aspects. But none has authority to take out my dad's dead body out of our beloved land "pancharr holla" because my dad's dead body is not a materialistic thing that is measurable  or finitely countable that what they did with my dad's portion of shares (selling 20 acres without formal consent), Its not the same as they do with my dad's dead body. We daughters have valued my dad well and he has taught us what rules and regulations are and we can't forgive for what they have done with my dad forever, the sins are uncountable and the way my dad leaded is life says all about what worth man he is.

I being his daughter has seen Mr Late Jagadeeshappa S G professionally and personally (on different roles)on many aspects and he is the "Man of his words" always for me.
It's always inspiring for me to see him right from my childhood and I am lucky to have such an inspiring dad who has fought a case in civil court for his daughters for 8 years and sacrificed his personal time by going to court and handling his responsibilities as a son, a father, a husband and also a eldest brother as time progressed.

Currently the memories with him in portraits and albums are enough for me to run civil and a criminal case for years for him. We don’t like to keep good or bad or any kind of relationship with my dad’s siblings because they are not worth it and they are not trustworthy.

We would like to take strict actions against Yerlakatte village People whomsoever has committed this crime brutally.
My dad was not having Vitiligo/Black white patches/Any other skin diseases("Tann" traditionally called in local language)  as per his medical records from kudremukh iron ore company limited.

We would like to punish the people who have committed this sin to fullest on a high appeal.
Hope actions are taken at earliest and justice is not delayed.
