NDKC National Offender, Richard E. Reed has changed his YouTube Channel to "Rick Reed". The NDKC Council and Committee has updated the petition to reflect this change.

Richard E. Reed and James Colwell has refused to the community for their violations and offenses to children, doxing, harassing, cyberbullying, and has pledge their allegiance on their YouTube platforms to continue to prey on other content creators and YouTubers children for entertainment purposes.
