Reintroduce the app permisions manager known as app ops back into the android os as an option for end users

The Issue

Many apps can steal sensetive data that is not important for their function on the os. Many people unwillingly allow this to happen, causing data theft and damage to the end user with ads, potential malware and system slowdowns. With app ops, you could literaly deny permission for apps to do specific things such as locating you, making calls, and other optionsThis is shown through the recent ftc case of an app devolper's flashlight app stealing location data from users. With android 4.4.2 however, google removed this critical feature, stating that itmwas never intended for end users in the first place. Many users have utilized it to their advantage, and are outraged at this event. Even the EFF has publically stated that Google removing the feature is wrong, Please sign to show gogle that when it is an indian giver when it comes to features, the people will speak up.
