As of today we are 319 strong. Great job everyone! CHANGE>ORG has informed that they automatically @ 366 days close the petitions, they said I could reopen but I'm not going do that. Explanation follows as before: "My LG Stylo 2 from Virgin Mobile got an Update from LG/Android... one result of the update appears to have been... Move to SD ENABLED! I really don't know if we mattered in the decision to make this specific change, but I sure feel like I did. I haven't been notified by Change.org or LG etc. that our petition was even transmitted to Google or LG, Virgin had nothing to do with it, but even so I for one am happy that I now have that fuctionality. I am using the AppMgr III app and it shows some apps as movable when they shouldn't be, it issues an explanation/warning when I tried to move some of the major internal storage hogs like Word, but that's okay... the warning explained things and it helped me make the decision to uninstall some of those hogs that I never use... I freed up several hundred MB from internal to SD and am working on more. I download several apps I have been interested in just to see if they too are allowed to Move to SD. One of my theories is that if the app needs to access location or needs active server connection (bandwidth hogs!) for ads etc. then it will warn about consequences of doing so. I'm no engineer or anything but that's the way it seems. So thanks to everyone that signed so far, and I hope this "update" is available to you all!" Thanks to everyone that signed, the above bit about what can be moved and still work still holds true. That is a function of each app I'm afraid and only some apps can be moved to SSD etc and still be functionable. So I'm gonna let the petition go to bed now.
