This is a petition set up to with the aim to get popular Brazilian anime YouTuber PenseGeek's plagiarised videos removed from the site. She has blatantly and unashamedly plagiarised content from English speaking YouTubers such as Mother's Basement, Otaku Gonzo Journalism (Digibro), Akidearest, Big Joel, Nux Taku and Macro.

Mother's Basement has recently released a video detailing in full the extent of this plagiarism showing word-for-word recreations of his videos on PenseGeek's channel.

If you click on the link above and view the video's description, Mother's Basement has compiled a list of work from other YouTubers have released, with links to PenseGeek's plagiarised versions beneath.

PenseGeek has recently also released a video responding to this claim saying that similarities in her videos and other YouTuber's videos were merely coincidences, which is an incomprehensible lie and is also proven to be false in the above link.

YouTuber's and content creators work tirelessly to create, script, record, edit and distribute videos for their subscribers. Many of them also monetise these videos so that being a YouTuber will serve as their primary source of income. It is not fair for their hard work to be completely copied with zero credit given as a way for someone else to make money off of their hard work. Unfortunately, as third parties cannot submit content claims on work, hopefully, this will serve as a way that loyal subscribers can help the content creators they love by protecting their work.
