Consumers that have pre-purchased a Nexus 7 via Google's Play store have egregiously been charged a shipping fee ($14), while consumers who pre-ordered through a retail location (e.g. Gamestop) have not. Consumers that purchased the device through the Play store may also have to wait up to a week later than those that purchased their device at said retail stores, in order to receive their Nexus 7.

This is unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. Google has overlooked their most fervent supporters, and owes them some form of reparations whether it be Play store credit or a direct refund.
