Windows Phone is the third largest and fastest growing mobile phone OS. It has a lot of users, Google has previously ignored those users by claiming that the platform was not large enough to justify the attention. This is however not true with Windows Phone making up above 20 percent or over total market share in several European countries. I use windows phone, and it is a great OS, however it is hampered by lack of apps. Google knows this and appears to be trying to smother this platform before it gets big-however, as Google Customers, we believe this is not so and trust that you have our best interests at heart, So on behalf of all Windows Phone users, we request official applications for the following services:
Google Chrome
Blogger
YouTube
Google Mail
Google Drive
Google Search
Google Books
Google Docs
Google Finance
Google Groups
Google Plus
Google Hangouts
and
Google Voice
These apps are important for a majority of users and would greatly improve their lives. We would like to point out the benefits to you as well, your business approach would greatly benefit from this as the more phones you get your products out on, the more ads you can disseminate and thus the more profit you can pull in.
In addition while it would be easy to either dismiss this petition or even listen to it BUT produce apps that are so-so or mediocre, we would like to plead with you that while Google has a lot of goodwill from the people, the ball is now in your court to
show why this is deserved.
