I'm writing this petition to get my suspended YouTube account back

Few days ago 21.9.2019 I woke to find out that my Google/YouTube account was disabled I managed to restore my Google account but my YouTube account seems to be suspended cause of "spam" at first I thought I was hacked or something

I have no idea why would they suspend me of something like this without giving any warning or actual proof of that.As far as I know I haven't done anything that would violate community guidelines and it wasn't my intention to do it

It was probably done on accident

I made an appeal and my account got unsuspended I got this e-mail from YouTube support :

"Hello,We have re-reviewed and unsuspended your account. This means your account
is once again active and operational, and in good standing. If you have
forgotten your password, please visit this link to reset it:
http://www.youtube.com/account_recoveryPlease note that your account was terminated due to repeated or severe
violations of our Community Guidelines on Spam. It is not okay to use
comments to send unwanted promotional or commercial content, or for mass
solicitation. For more information, please visit our Help Center

After that i went back to YouTube to find out that my account is still suspended and I can't acess it

I really wanna get my old videos back that are very much dear to me and took a lof of time to make,same with my playlists. I can't make a second appeal cause I already made this one which should have solved my situation

Please help me so someone from YouTube notices this and helps me get my channel back

My channel name was : brotherscro

Also i've read that alot of other people are getting suspended without any reason and there is no one to help them also.
