Google has always been very prevalent about supporting different national and international holidays. However, there has never once been a scribble, doodle, or link in supporting Men’s Day on November 19. In the end I’m trying to help raise awareness for men’s mental health, where men dominate workplace deaths, self harm, and the suicide field. Men are mistreated in so many ways and they’re told to suck it up or “man up” whenever faced with such things. Society needs to be just as eager to help men through hard times as women, and since google is such a massive force in influencing people, they should have a hand in it. 

If this succeeds I really feel like men everywhere will be treated with more respect, or at least have more people be educated on everything that a man goes through. If this falls through then men will have to keep living in the dark. All that I’m really trying to do here is help the fellow man out, and getting google to promote the true gender equality that they say they want.
