I've been advocating YouTube to reinstate Ratings Disabled option which Susan Wojcicki eliminated along with webcam feature after she took over in 2014 and let Trolls get away with the Treachery. I did a video commentary "2018 is Coming, We Want Susan Wojcicki Replaced as YouTube CEO" and one person is voting dislike on that video.
