Allow users of Android devices using any DPI to download any app on the Play Store regardless of their DPI.

The Issue

Users with custom DPIs are forced to download apps from unknown sources as a result of your restrictions, which puts our devices' security at risk. All users should be able to access all apps on the play store, not just those with a certain DPI. Many people who use Android devices do so for the potential the OS provides them with, but this hampers the potential a great deal. If you could provide an option in the play store settings for users using custom DPI, or an option in google dashboard to let us select if we are using a custom DPI, so that we do not have to be limited in the app selection we are able to download from the Play Store, as users of the Android OS we would greatly appreciate it.
