The purpose of this petition is to try and convince GoodSmile Company to include the Special Base that is available on the QQ Mall China website to GoodSmile Company's (Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation) Wei WuXian preorder. 

GoodSmile Company has always offered bonuses to their preorders so international customers may feel that it is unfair that they are unable to obtain the (free) bonus just because the website does not ship overseas. 

We would greatly appreciate if GoodSmile Company is able to offer the exclusive bonus to international customers as well, thank you.
