A 195-ft cell phone tower in the middle of our community would be a blight on our rural landscape and would do little to improve our quality of life. It also portends a future where pastoral farmland gives way to unmitigated suburban sprawl. If we don't take a stand against the first cell tower, there's no telling what the next conditional use permit could bring to our backyard. We, the undersigned, ask that the members of Goochland County's Planning Commission and Board of Supervisors reject Pegasus Tower's proposal to construct a cell phone tower on residential property.
