18 U.S. Code § 2331 - Definition of Domestic Terrorism.

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that—
(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State;
(B) appear to be intended—
(i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population;
(ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or
(iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping; and
(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.

By this definition we believe Hate Groups formed within the United States of America should be formally added to the United States Department of State’s list of terrorist organizations and punished to the fullest extent of the law, including all penalties under Title VIII of the USA Patriot Act.

Though this petition is generally for all hate groups, it is specifically to ensure that the Ku Klux Klan, all other white supremacy groups and the Society of Jesus (the Jesuits) are held accountable for all of the terrorist activities they've committed throughout the history of America as well as all that may be committed in the future.

This petition has been created primarily due to law enforcement and legislative negligence in terms of protecting the people from well established domestic terrorist organizations, therefore We the People are calling upon the to eliminate some of the greatest threats to our, freedom, security, life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.
