I am disgusted by your decision to sack Clive O'Connell. As I understand the situation, he was frustrated with a result in a crucial football match and emotions were running very high, and said something in the heat of the moment which I am sure he regretted after he had calmed down. Unfortunately, he was then subjected to a lynch mob by online vigilantes who constantly look for something to be outraged by and have regularly said far, far worse about Chelsea supporters, up to and including homophobia. My recommendation is that you reinstate Mr O'Connell, but with a warning to take more care in future. I am a Chelsea supporter and, whilst I do not know Mr O'Connell on a personal level, we Chelsea supporters look after our own.
