GoFundMe is currently collecting money for Dallas Salon owner Shelley Luther despite the fact money raised would be outside their own Terms of Service.

GoFundMe's own Terms of Service states ..."10. activities with, in, or involving countries, regions, governments, persons, or entities that are subject to U.S. and other economic sanctions under applicable law, unless such activities are expressly authorized by the appropriate governmental authority;" (https://www.gofundme.com/terms)

Ms. Luther is clearly operating outside the law and was judged to be in criminal contempt. Despite this she was allowed to avoid jail with an apology and she refuses this basic step of civic sorrow.

GoFundMe should not continue to collect money on behalf of Ms. Luther in this manner which goes against both their own Terms of Service AND public safety.
