This petition is to protect the consumer's right by sudden change of service of Globe Telecom on its unlimited data plan via the new Fair Usage Policy (FUP) 

when you avail Globe Telecom's unlimited mobile plan; sales representative from that organization are offering that there is no capping(limit) on its unlimited data service. However, the sudden implementation of the new Fair Usage Policy including the new changes introduced in the said policy is causing the subscribers, both for postpaid and prepaid subscribers, to experienced slowness in mobile internet upon hitting the threshold specified in the new FUP. Globe Telecom shouldn't offer unlimited data schemes, in the first place, when they will change the fair usage policy into a limited one.

if this will be the case, the Globe Telecom should nullify the contact lock period upon implementing such change to its service so that consumers will not be victimized by the marketing gimiks of the said organization and will have the option to transfer with a better internet service provider.

ask yourself, will you be availing and subscribing to unlimited data service initially then suddenly they will change it into limited data plan over the new fair usage policy set by Globe Telecom without your consultantion then you will be trapped by the contract set by the locked-in period?
