To: University Leaders, Education Ministries, Regulators, and International Bodies overseeing Higher Education worldwide
We demand immediate action to:

1. Adopt and enforce a recognised definition of antisemitism (IHRA) with proper training and disciplinary enforcement.

2. Guarantee student safety through fast reporting routes, time-bound investigations, and published outcomes.

3. Fully disclose all foreign state-linked gifts, grants, and contracts since 2010, including donor terms.

4. Protect lawful expression without allowing harassment, intimidation, or exclusion.

5. Establish independent oversight with public termly reporting and protection for whistle-blowers.

I am a mother, and I am not Jewish. I send my child to university to learn, to grow, and to become a responsible adult, as every mother expects. No parent sends a child to be taught hatred, racism, or division. Across the world, Jewish students are being singled out, harassed, and made to feel unsafe simply because of who they are. This is antisemitism, and it is inexcusable. Universities are meant to educate, not indoctrinate. Every student deserves safety, respect, and equality, regardless of faith, colour, or background. Those who allow or enable antisemitism in any place of learning must be held fully accountable. It must stop now!
