NSW has the weakest animal cruelty laws in Australia ! Senseless violence  and attacks on animals are on the rise and just this week two young people ran over a kangaroo breaking its back punching and stomping on it as it was unable to move leading to a horrific slow cruel death, all while laughing on camera. This cannot recieve a slap on the wrist or be excused in any way . The USA have made 10 yrs their new jail term for animal cruelty and the UK are changing to a mandatory 5 yrs in 2020. We need strong deterrents to protect the voiceless innocent animals whether they be domestic or native out in the bush !
